Introduction: Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is an uncommon aggressive malignancy. Despite surgical resection, recurrence rates are high. Two areas of contention currently involve treatment of ACC: the role of laparoscopic surgery in removal of large, potentially malignant tumours and the role of Mitotane.
